      Great culture of work-life balance. Encouraging behaviour to employees to go for internal training. During tough times, they do try to keep employees as much as possible unlike others.

      Svantaggi

      Management mindset is still rigid on allowing employees to work from home/flexible working hours despite their image portrayed to the public. Lack of technical support when introducing new inititatives.

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
