So many team members are great to work with, you can definitely find a community. Benefits and pay are decent, not the lowest pay but definitely not the highest. It's a big, global brand so there's good name brand recognition and there are resources you won't find in a smaller company. Depending on your position, there's an opportunity to work hybrid.

Changes are happening within the company that aren't positive, and many employees are noticing it. The culture is less reward based and moving more towards fear based, which is being driven by sr leadership in the corporate office. There's also less stability as down sizing is starting to affect certain teams. There are still some good teams to join, specifically those that actually positively impact the DHL's bottom line, but beware if you're applying for a support function role. Be prepared to do a lot of politicking and sucking up to your boss' ego, with only a few opportunities for career advancement.
