The products they sell are fun and there is something for everyone, there is new and creative tasks to do all the time, you are always doing something differant everyday.

the management is sloppy and keeps there employees in the dark on a lot things, there isnt a lot of room to move up withen the company and they tend to hire from outside the company rather then promoting from within, there corpoate plans dont make sense in there olders store and mainly focus on the newer stores, there is absolutely no accountability for anyones actions and its almost like they are afriad to let go of the underperforming associates.

This is not really a con since I believe it is an important part of the job. Newer and current workers may need to keep up up to date and do research on products in order to be able to help customers effectively and efficiently.
