-when you start out in training, you hear different ways of doing everything from everyone -at my location the other person in my position has been here way longer than me so they only show them the game plans and how things need to be displayed and only ask for their input not mine, i ask a lot to see the sheet of how is supposed to be displayed and they never show it to me -i have expressed interest in working in other departments and never have gotten the chance -managers can be somewhat degrading in their tone and word choice
