Continued training throughout career. Meetings with CEO and other executives. Full gym and cafeteria. Pittsburgh has a low cost of living and a nice night life. Does not lay off distribution workers and gives them hours if they want tham (will find work for them to do). Good job security. Moving to a new and much bigger headquaters soon. Extensive intern and merchandise training program. Starting similar programs in finance.
