So basically those middle managers with 0 to too little contributions will likely be safe and hardworking employees will be cut off. Too much favoritism and bias by managers but upper management and HR will ignore when employees reported

The pay and performance incentives are solid, and most of the staff are friendly and supportive. That said, it was a bit surprising to encounter a few individuals who showed little interest in assisting their coworkers. The location is convenient, being close to home. The work itself can be rewarding—especially as you develop the ability to effectively interact with people from a wide range of backgrounds, which makes the job much easier. Overall, most members of management were approachable, professional, and open to communication
