You will be constantly reminded that you belong to a different region if you're in a global team when it comes to handing out benefits and bonuses. DISCO boasts about recognizing talent but when it comes to making the same talent stay, they will disrespect you with the lowest raise possible. The SLT constantly penny-pinches its way out of every sticky situation, my team has raised multiple issues with us being underpaid and not being given proper benefits when compared to market standards, and obviously there aren't improvements.
