-Because they're constantly losing senior engineers, you can take on a lot of responsibility, learn a lot, wear a lot of hats, and grow quickly. -Really interested to see what happens there in the next 2-3 years. -Working there can entirely be described by constantly thinking "okay boomer." It's really entertaining.

-They want 8am-5pm core hours with 50 hr week mins in the office without a work load to justify it. -They pay substantially lower salaries; bad healthcare and dental. -Turns styles and automatic messages to managers demanding explanations if employees are a minute out of line. They talk about flexibility, but it's extremely looked down upon. -Directors/VPs yelling at employees is pretty normalized all the way up. -H1B visa holders are particularly mistreated and disrespected because it's harder to leave. I had a senior level friend who was told "you don't like this, find another job, lol" by his manager. He moved within the company, but the messaging is still there... -They asked everyone to come in during covid, despite increases in productivity being shown. They denied exceptions for employees with at risk loved ones until waivers were processed and then executives were upset that waivers were filed. -The Dish Cares brand asks employees to donate money and time (outside of the 50 hour week), but doesn't match a penny to contributions, although they market the donations as their own.
