Good pay, competitive benefits, and a paid training program are what drew me to the job. The free TV was also a nice perk. I'm a student, and the hiring manager told me that most reps only work four 10 hour shifts a week, and that those shifts can be flexible. Now that I'm here, I enjoy working with a diverse team. Since Flushing is mostly international service reps, there are people from around the world who work here. Most are fairly young, and the atmosphere is laid back. We eat together often. If you speak more than one (or two) languages, there is a lot of room for promotion in this office.
