So many breakdowns in privacy regulation regarding employees, too many bosses and supervisors with too few employees thanks to a never change 6 month turn around rate or employees who get so fed up they will use all their PDOs and sick days ( only added recently as it became required by law). They offer incentives for selling only and those are usually only coming from the networks whose channels they provide. Meanwhile it seems to work for them because there is always a steady supply of fresh meat for the grinder to replace people and people are regularly removed or get so tired of how they are being treated by Coaches, Sups, etc that they just leave within the first months. The benefits are only good if you want to avoid paying a penalty for not having any health insurance per the recent law changes. Otherwise they don't cover much and you'll end up paying about the same as a down payment on a car before they start to cover anything. Comprehensive ? More like reprehensible. As for your other coworkers, most are will to talk behind each others backs and make things up if it means getting to be off the phones long enough for a chance to possibly be made Team Lead or Coach. So if you have to work here, avoid the chatter. As for QA they tend to give pass/fails as they please depending on who they are friends with and who they dislike. Hmm what else ? Keep your head down, don't be friendly, just do your work and don't stop applying for other work EVER!

Work from home is the only pro I can think of

They don’t provide any equipment aside from the computer itself. They mislead you during the interview and job description. You are paid according to price of product sold and close rate however it’s all inbound calls and you can not call back. The inbound calls are lousy, people who don’t even have a $1 on a card in order to do the eligibility check, or no card at all.. poor credit which leads to higher out of pocket costs. I think only a handful of times I couldn’t overcome the spousal objection or the just shopping objection. Those I will take responsibility for but if I’m getting calls from people who don’t have a card or don’t have a $ or don’t have the money to put down OR already have an account or is a mis-transfer or were passed along because the technicians have to make referrals even though the customer isn’t actually interested in the product yet the tech makes them still call.. that’s crap and it’s not real sales.
