Compensation is below average. Culture is outdated by a good 4 decades. Childish policies. Everyone is treated as if they are disposable call center workers (engineering, management, etc.). You have to literally badge into and out of work and they track metrics such as your "average arrival time". Downright draconian and straight up idiotic. Unwritten policy where if you're late even by a minute 3 times you may get terminated. You're expected to work extra at the Riverfront location and will be pressured into doing so. They're having trouble retaining talent so expect to work with a lot of H1-Bs who have no other choice but to work there. Excessive amount of managers who serve no purpose and attempt to justify their existence by micromanaging.
