Salary below market standards and like TCS, Infosys despite being product based company. Management does not have any clarity on PA cycle which gets postponded every year and they always skips the PA related questions. All Team Meetings are done every quarter only for the namesake and no one talks about employee care and PA cycle. Managers does not have any idea on the work going on and further doesn't add any value to employee's career. Glint scores are poorest not only among others companies but in their history also,even then Company cares the least. Only big fancy words like CPAW,OKR's but on ground level zero employee care and lowest CTC. Attrition rate is at all time high. No annual gift,new year gifts, gave 500 Rs for the product anniversary which is seriously a joke.
