This may be the only redeeming factor.

Customers know more than you ever will. -Environment is poor, the building leaked, ceiling had holes from the storm, was infested with ants, dilapidated, uncared for. -Culture encourages employees to deny responsibility if not out right lie. -No culture, No company outings, No respect for the company or processes, No appreciation for employees. -Customers are relentlessly angry at you for things outside your control. -No career advancement. You can only move down if you were unhappy with your position. -The more you are able to sabotage your team, the greater your chances of a promotion or department change. -Through a company technicality, you can be fired for working to change to an outside department, especially marketing. -Every action you take is futile, everything you do gets swallowed into a black hole. It is very difficult to get any actual work done. -If you love drones, it will not be encouraged here. -You are never judged by performance but by glass ceilings. -Not the silicon valley or Apple type company they portray themselves to be.
