Not much, apart from some training sessions coming from HK office and some exposure too tech roles in FS.

Svantaggi

I worked with/under 3 "tech recruiters" since my arrival and all of them were not nearly qualified enough. Just wasted my time there, working alongside people who didn't know much about tech trends, etc. Also, the bonus isn't attractive at this level, just a waste of time working but no actual reward.

Very rewarding, with high pressure comes a fair but enormous pay. If you are young and hard-working and wish for a high paying environment, this is a very nice place to work for. Boss and directors are very straight-forward and kind. They put it straight on what you have done below average in a sincere way.

very heavy workload, and your works are valued in statistics. You better work loads in order to survive there
