No cons very busy work style

There is one or two people there that can be friendly.

Everyone there has been there for quite some time. High turn around. Management has a very meticulous way of wanting things done and you will be put on the spot if not done correctly. You must be perfect but also fast. This request is impossible to achieve if you've never done manual integration and updates. You will be blamed for everything. It is a toxic place to work. High expectations coupled with low support. Asking for help will make the people placed before you annoyed. They have a team lead that I never Communicated with except when I said good morning and no response given. This is not a place you would want to be for 8 hours a day. I didn't get my benifits until 2 months later. There was no loyalty to be given. 1 hour of pto built per pay period.
