Dear employee We are sad to hear you feel that way. It would be great if you could give us a more detailed feedback so we can improve - we frequently get constructive feedback and criticism from our employees to create a great place to work. Our feedback culture is an important topic to the company, but simply complaining should never be part of it. We try to look actively for solutions and discuss it on regular meetings like our company jour fix or all hands within the project teams. We want to give everybody the chance to grow and find their dedicated way with us. Therefore, we have regular feedback meetings with our personnel development manager. All of us are constantly learning, joining trainings and courses - and so does our management. Nobody is perfect and can have all the answers. As a company we are still young and a lot of things have already changed. We believe we are on the right track. Yours CoFa
