      I work with a fantastic group of people. There is good communication and lots of teamwork. The attorneys are nice. I'm fortunate to be here.

      There's really no downside. It would be nice to be able to leave early before a holiday like many other places.

      - Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

      - Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
