Path to partnership extremely challenging and completely dependent on the circumstances in your location. What works in Boston and San Diego might not work at all in New York or Washington. 24/7 culture.

      - Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
