Vantaggi

- They throw free fruit at you in the morning, as if that makes up for everything else. - Get ready to sacrifice most of your evenings and weekends—because "work-life balance" clearly doesn't exist here. - Don’t expect to enjoy your holidays; you’ll still be expected to work during them anyway. - Management is usually down at the pub, which is the only reason you're not micromanaged constantly—but don’t count on them if you need actual help.

Svantaggi

This company is beyond disgraceful—an utterly toxic cesspool of bullying, intimidation, and abuse. Management doesn’t just tolerate bullying; they thrive on it, creating an environment where degrading and belittling employees is the norm. Mental health is treated as a joke, with management actively contributing to its destruction by piling on stress, harassment, and impossible demands. Staff are overworked, underpaid, and treated like nothing more than disposable tools to exploit and discard. Policies and procedures are a blatant lie, only used when it benefits management. Managers spend more time drinking in the pub than actually doing their jobs. When you need help, you're met with contempt, brushed off, or worse, screamed at. They regularly take out their frustrations and anger on employees, using their position of power to bully and humiliate. Hard work is punished with even more demands, never acknowledgment or appreciation. The so-called training courses, especially on diversity and inclusion, are a sick joke. These sessions are led by individuals whose behavior outright opposes the values of inclusion, turning what should be meaningful training into a shameful farce. HR is equally toxic and complicit, showing zero care for employees and refusing to address serious issues. They exist solely to protect the company, not the staff. Employees are treated as invisible, irrelevant, and expendable. The company is driven solely by greed, valuing only client money while ignoring the people who do the actual work. Trust is exploited, lies are constant, and promises mean nothing. Pay rises are a sham, with favoritism rampant and most staff left behind. This company doesn’t just fail to support its employees; it actively tears them down. The relentless bullying and complete disregard for humanity create a soul-destroying environment. Avoid this place like the plague—it’s a breeding ground for misery, and working here is nothing short of torture. I wouldn’t wish this nightmare on anyone.
