The CEO and Management team at DLC are outstanding! I've worked on several team engagements and have been very impressed with the other DLC Consultants. DLC is highly selective in who it hires, which is a good thing. However, in a few situations I've known people who are highly qualified and interested, but don't have the required Top 25 MBA or Big-4 CPA background. It's too bad, though I understand why it is necessary.
