7yI am sorry you had the experience you did, but sincerely thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback here. As a company, we strive for each of our members to be treated fairly and to be given ample opportunities for both career and personal development. In fact, in our last Pulse Survey, 19% of members ranked “opportunities to grow” as the thing they value most about DLL. But in an organization with more than 5,000 employees, some teams do a better job of displaying our core values than others.
