You’re expected to work a minimum of 45 hours per week (often much more) but only paid for 40. No overtime compensation. Annual layoffs, often unexplained and with no warning or feedback. Feels like a calculated move to boost the company’s numbers rather than address performance or restructuring. Despite the endless grind, the design quality is average at best. Morale is low. Most employees are miserable but pretend otherwise just to survive. You will never be promoted unless you have the right friends at the firm. Work-life balance is non-existent. Do not believe the hype.
