Pleasant CEO who truly wants to get it right, but the COO is really stuck in a 1970s management paradigm. DMI has great potential to be a transformative company, but leadership is seriously lacking. DMI does pay well for the most part.

Institutional culture of dishonesty. The leadership will tell a customer anything to get the business including patently false information. This is especially true in the government mobility space. The employee morale is exceptionally low. Be prepared to check your ethics at the door if you go to work here. DMI is in desperate need of inspirational leaders to right the ship, otherwise this company is simply not a viable alternative for professional grade IT personnel.

They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.

Pay on the program I worked on was good. A few pockets of good teams at corporate (finance and hr)

The culture of the company changed drastically over the past 5 years to one that I can't support. Zero support from the C-Suite and no corporate reach back. Two months of no reply to consistent emails to the C-Suite for support. Years of escalations of issues on the program were met with silence as the money was flowing in. Once it stopped, they were shocked. Rewarding only yes men or yes women instead of those sacrificing for the contract. If you gossip to the C-Suite and don't question, you'll be rewarded. Even a high level senior leader made a considerable amount of money for years but literally lied about Financials and what work his team did. How does that happen?!
