Upper management seems disconnected from the day-to-day operations and lacks clear direction. The C-suite, in particular, often comes across as rude and indifferent to the concerns of the employees. There's a general feeling that the company is overstaffed, leading to inefficiencies and a lack of focus. The CEO appears unqualified for the position, which has led to a lack of strategic vision for the company's future.

Management at this company is toxic, outdated, and completely disconnected from employees. Department heads and supervisors micromanage, play favorites, and foster an atmosphere of nepotism, hypocrisy, and bullying. There is little to no communication, and when issues are raised, they are either ignored or blamed on front-line employees. Morale is extremely low because workers are treated like numbers, not people, and favoritism determines who succeeds rather than actual performance. The culture is hostile, with employees often talked down to, berated, and undermined by both supervisors and peers who thrive in the toxic environment. Trust is nonexistent, as anything said can be twisted or used against you. Pay and workload do not match expectations, and there is no sense of appreciation for the effort put in. Upper management is content with the department heads lack of communication with their employees, so it does not improve.
