1. If you are a white old male, then this is the right company for you. 2. You will create good friendships in this company. Very fun people to work with.

1. No real senior leadership throughout both sites. 2. No company direction, surprised the company is still running (barely). 3. The only way of getting further ahead in your career within the company requires a lot of manipulation. 4. No communication flow and very dishonest company. We have company meetings where the updates are just more lies. 5. Very disorganised company. The extremely talented staff are consistently micro-managed and not given the chance to do the job they were hired to do. 6. Exceptional men and women from different works of life are consistently overlooked due to their subconscious biased to the demographic mentioned in this title.

The Interview process did took its good 3 months (initial recruiter call, call with manager, presentation on site, another call with CEO and then one last call with manager) but to be honest I do think they take the time to choose the best person for the role as everyone here is amazing to work with, even with the London office. Work/life balance is great! And the pay as well. I had awful experiences with my last 2 companies by DNAe is a blessing.

Can gain lots of exposure to different areas. Everyone is personally great to work with and able to make real friends with coworkers.

Svantaggi

Has been a startup for 10+ years with no products on market. High turnover, frequent restructuring. Chronic disorganization and overcommitment. Uneven workload across teams. Essentially no equity offered.
