The engineering department is incredibly well managed and the upper management in the department are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, treating you as a person first. Lots of experience in many different areas.

Pay is a little lower than other companies.

Great experience with the lab work you get to do. Well stocked and exposed to many different processes in the lab.

There are no sick days and little PTO. The management and some lab staff are very clicky. They will be hostile (bullying) openly, causing a very stressful and hostile environment. Everyone walks around eggshells around management because you can’t correct them on anything without it being a fight. You will also get stuck in training and stall out.
