You will be treated by the owner like a Hero one month but should you slip on billing the next you are really in the doghouse. - The company does't feel like it has any long term strategy or goals to develop as a business, its all about billing for that month and not around long term growth - The CEO is a good recruiter in his field but not a good manager. - Poor reputation with many candidates and clients
