If you want to be in advertising in Seattle, DNA Seattle is the place to be! I interned on the Account Management team, did some freelance music work while finishing school, and then joined full time after graduating. DNA has an incredible company culture. The people are people you want to go to work with each day. They push you to grow and provide you with all the necessary resources and guidance to do so (including a $1,000 education benefit that can be used towards any education related expanse). There are numerous recurring company traditions that always make the office a fun place to be in. Regarding the work, it’s great stuff. I met some of the most creative people I have ever met during my time at DNA. The culture is collaborative and open in an attempt to bring out the best ideas, wherever they may come from. And the agency does a great job selling through these ideas to clients and bringing them to life through various channels.
