I had a frustrating experience working at DOER Services PLC, despite being a dedicated and highly skilled employee. The company's salary increments did not reflect my contributions or performance. The HR policies were particularly unfriendly and excessively controlling, which contributed to a challenging and unwelcoming work environment. Additionally, DOER Services failed to fulfill its promises and did not provide adequate resources or support for employees. It's been two years, and they continue to make empty promises about salary increases. Specially Company MD Mr. Bony Tasnim he is not good with keeping promises. I also noticed poor marketing strategies, unclear project requirements, and issues of discrimination within the workplace. Overall, the lack of fair treatment and supportive policies made my time there quite disappointing.

They are soft on education background.

Overall everything else including salaries and culture are bad
