Svantaggi
This might be too long to read, but if you take one thing from this then remember that if you're a woman, you're absolutely worthless here unless you suck up to management. HR and management continue to reward men in the office who have harassed and made the majority of the women feel inferior. The toxic culture is perpetuated by a leadership team that turns a blind eye to sexism and harassment, creating an environment where male employees are emboldened to treat their female colleagues with disrespect and condescension. No matter what issue you bring up to HR and management, nothing ever changes. They have no commitment to the growth of the employees and always have the best interest of the company at the forefront of their decision-making (no matter if it affects the jobs and livelihood of workers who have only delivered quality work/results). Attempts to report harassment or discrimination are met with dismissiveness or retaliation. This hostile work environment has led to a high turnover rate among employees, who leave the company demoralized. If you're looking for a company that's flexible and treats you like a human being, go in the opposite direction. At DOM360, you'll only come face-to-face with misogynistic managers who will never hear you out or give you the respect you deserve. So when they offer you the job on the spot, only recognize that as a red flag of desperation. I was told at one of my interviews that they've never experienced a layoff as long as they've been in business (since 2008), and was caught by surprise, that low and behold, they're laying off employees shortly after I started. They also admitted to me in the interview that I will find "workplace drama" anywhere I work, and that they also experience this at DOM360 and they're continuing to "work on it". This statement gave me the signal that there will be workplace drama that not only was prominent at this company, but management were the ones that perpetuated this environment. Gossiping is just part of the job description (it's just not outwardly disclosed), and you'll expect closed doors all day every day just wondering what they're saying about you next. Maybe you'd consider this a pro, but there's never a dull moment at the DOM360. Come in at 8:30 am and walk right into a steaming pile of dog poop because you can bring your dog to work but not clean up after it for the full 8 hours you're there. Or come walking into the fact that you're working under a new manager that you were provided no notice about and have to instantly pivot who you're reporting to. Oh wait, you could come to find out that you don't have a job anymore because they don't know how to handle their finances. Either way, there will always be something new to experience when you walk through the doors of DOM360.
