DOMA is easily the best job I’ve ever had. There are so many pros to this job I can’t begin to list them all. Sure every place has its ups and downs but in my opinion the ups outweigh the downs by far. It can be a little stressful at time because it’s production based but other than that I have no complaints.

I really can’t think of any cons to working at DOMA besides their insurance being expensive.

The bulk of the people who work there (lower on th totem pole) are great people. The Feliciono family are wonderful people.

Upper management is toxic, they blindside and scapegoat all the problems they cause on people below them. They don't know how to manage... in all aspects. They're horrible with communication unless it benefits their own agenda.
