Definitely opportunities to learn to get out of your comfort zone. Pat is a unbelievable person who I still to this day respect and look up to, truly made me feel welcome and appreciated.

*Culture* there's a word I learned to despise, culture being the actual segregation of corporate workers and staff. Place is a public relations machine and I will give it to them they know how to sale themselves. The flip side to that is it's a H.R. nightmare, the gossip, the plotting and scheming on other employees for interpersonal relationships outside the workplace. It's a messy place for people 35 and younger, if you want a place there dont even talk to anyone about anything other than work because you'll become part of the soap opera.
