- smart, driven and fun colleagues (many leaving though) - great design of the product

- lack of vision: absolute one trick pony - bad management: not just bad strategic planners and questionable people managers, but also far from understanding what it means to live and breathe a social enterprise. If you cannot stand hypocrisy, this is not your place. - bad business practices and lack of transparency towards partners - with current strategy no good perspective for the future: not commercially, nor from a mission point of view

Open environment with open and lovely people. Nice office.

Did notice some patterns where information was withheld from management positions. Certain departments were not aware what was happening in the manager meetings.
