Being to able to work remotely

Communication can be sometimes a problem doing remote but that depends on the person.

Easy to get a lot of diverse experience in a short amount of time. Family based business with the ability to meet some awesome clients.

Lack of communication from the IT team. Staff changes frequently. Forced to used your own vehicle and own expenses on many things. Management is not in touch with things going on and every day operations. No room to grow, very low wages and only able to get a raise after putting in notices of termination.
