Incredible people, flexible schedules and diversity.

I see a lot of very good technical talent not being valued at the expense of more analytical people in their performance evaluations, which causes these people to leave for other companies. Despite being an incredible company to work for, there is a requirement that if you don't deliver something that is 2 positions above yours, you are fired.

Long term growth and partnership. Respectful culture, people here very often feel welcome and confident in theirselves. Colleagues also often grow into life-long friendships. Great career improvements and opportunities, a place where partnership and learning together is a must. Perfect life/work balance, with a full flexible schedule. Everyone take care of each other, regardless of it's role
