      DPR is a very forward-thinking and innovative company that treats their people (salaried & craft) extremely well. The company culture is the biggest differentiator from all other GC's in any market; the rigid hierarchical nature of most GC's does not exist at DPR which allows for freedom of thought and allows us to move quicker. In Houston specifically, we are experiencing continued controlled growth that is allowing for tons of opportunities in every role.
