Vantaggi

You felt heard, good culture, and decent benefits. Work life balance is not bad for construction either.

Svantaggi

Career progression & opportunity isn't supported from upper management. End of year decisions are not followed up on, and feel more like a box tick then meaningful. You wait 12 Months to have a decision and you get 5-10mins with nothing substantive. The coaching system isn't that effective, I've hear some people having success with it but that is really coach dependent. Not all PM's, & PX's want to be coaches and you are going to see that attitude as a result.
