The CEO assign you projects, but then never follow up to discuss it and then get terminated because you “don’t produce anything”. Management (CEO and CSO) is lead by kids in their Early 20s with no experience in running a company. The CEO creates this perception of The company being financially stable by purchasing an office in downtown Chicago, purchasing multiple exotic cars and having entry-mid level employees bribed into leaving fake reviews online. All these things are done to make the company look better than what it is in order to sell the company for a higher price tag. Management promotes employees being segregated and not talking due to the fact management tells each employee something different. Again, to create this perception of the company flourishing and to slander past employees for being “disgruntle”. CEO bribes remaining employees with “.15% Equity” to stay long enough to sell the company and promises to have all the necessary products/equipment for “assigned” projects, but it never comes, we’re always told “it’s coming tomorrow” but “tomorrow” never comes. Highly toxic environment don’t believe the lies.
