Flexible Family Friendly Company - Recensione dipendente - Vice President presso DRMP

I've worked here for over 20 years and stayed due to the relaxed culture and family friendly atmosphere. The company has been extremely flexible over the last year with COVID. Employees are still able to work at home if they can and want to. If they do come into the office staff are required to wear masks and socially distance. This has been a huge help with taking care of kids and teaching them at home if needed. DRMP continues to move forward with looking at ways to better serve their employees even during this past year with so many changes going on around us. Benefits are competitive with other companies.
