Vantaggi

Its an exciting, fast paced place to work. There are many talented and passionate people here. The variety of work you get exposed to is unlike anything I've experienced at other agencies. Because everything is done in-house, you get to be involved in large scale live event productions, film projects, work with the design team on campaigns and digital projects. You really get the full picture. There's a genuine sense that people are invested in and there are real opportunities to grow if you put the work in. The site at Hartlebury is impressive too, it's a fun place to come into work and you get to see some really creative stuff happening around you every day.

Svantaggi

It can be full-on. The workload can be heavy at times and when multiple projects are running simultaneously the juggling act is real. Deadlines are tight and clients can be demanding (but i don't thinks that's just an issue at this agency that's the industry we are in), so if you're not naturally organised it can feel a lot. Some processes could be slicker internally, but its acknowledged and the business is always open to feedback on ways to make things work smoother.

Vantaggi

Opportunities for quick progression, which can be motivating for some Fast-paced environment, suited to those who enjoy a high-energy role Modern workplace with a lot going on, which can make it feel exciting to be part of

Svantaggi

A clear culture of burnout. Overtime is expected as standard, with no formal time off in lieu or additional pay. During my first event, I worked until 1am and was back onsite by 6am for three consecutive days, with no compensation or realistic opportunity to recover the time. While management may suggest starting later the next day, the workload makes this impractical, so the extra hours are never actually balanced. This pattern is not occasional, it’s systemic. Over time it had a significant impact on my wellbeing and made the role unsustainable. Leaving was the right decision for me. I now earn more, work my contracted hours, and have a far healthier work-life balance.
