      There are no pros to being disrespected and mistreated.

      DRT Strategies is a horrible place to work in. Your hard work will just be wasted here because the management doesn't recognize or appreciate the efforts of the employees. In fact, most employees here are mistreated by the managers. Most of us here are verbally abused and insulted by the management on a regular basis.

Clear communication from managers. Experienced and reliable coworkers, will never leave to deal with a difficult situation alone.
