Management is awful, they micro manage everything you do, complain when you take time off and do listen to concerns when you address them. HR is a joke because they have no say in anything, every decision goes through the owner and COO. If you complain about management, HR throws you under the bus to the COO and you get called in the carpet for it. There is no chance for advancement, they like to keep people in the same positions and not promote because they don't want to replace you. The one Manager they have has no clue what he's doing and is way over his head, he only parrots what the COO tells him to do. Top performers are not rewarded and they love to demote and cut your pay.
