Risposta di DRW
4yThank you for your feedback. Given my role at DRW, I thought it might be helpful if I responded here.
In preparing for meetings, Don has always stressed to me that other than encouraging employees to go and vote, he had no interest in sharing his own political views. I’d welcome hearing more about what was said that made you feel you were being pressured to vote a certain way so we can avoid that going forward. I also encourage you to reach out to HR to talk about any instances in which you’ve felt high-performers haven’t been promoted. While we do very much value employees that have been at DRW for a long time (and we do have a lot of them!), we are very much a meritocracy.
I am most concerned about your comment that at some point you felt uncomfortable as a woman at DRW. It's very important to our leadership team that we create an environment where all of our employees feel valued and comfortable, so I strongly encourage you to go talk to your manager, HR or one of DRW's partners so that we can swiftly address this issue.
