Micromanagement from all levels. No room to grow. Move you to other roles that aren't in your job description. Facility is ran by a husband and wife that consistently talk down on employees. Long hours in same position with only one break per day. If you get injured, they will do everything in their power to either fire you, or make it your fault. No cameras installed to back their claims.
