High expectations, fast paced, lots of growth

They have to offer a competitive salary or else they would not have any employees. I know dozens of employees that are currently looking for a new job, including myself.

I have to comment on the post from last week. I heard about the noon Monday meeting (from 4 people) when the CEO announced - its ok if you have a family and other commitments but if you do you cant work here so he asked those people to resign. He also announced that it has been noticed that employees were leaving at 5:00 pm so they obviously aren't busy enough because the day ends at 11:59pm so if your not willing to stay until all hours of the night (every night) then you cant work here so he again asked people to resign. I was told this went on for an hour and a half. About a year ago he had someone stand outside the building at 8:00 am and if you showed up for work 1 minute late they sent you home! Sorry if you had a flat, sorry if you had a meeting, sorry if you had a doctors appointment. NO EXCUSES. GO HOME. What an awesome place to work, NOT! I could go on but I will give everyone else a chance. I hope I find something soon, this place is not work being treated like a bad boy and being told to sit in time out while being literally screamed at by the CEO.
