We appreciate the honesty in this response and would like to respond in kind. Direct deposit takes one payroll period to begin, previously resulting in a potential delay for off-site employees. Going forward, all live checks are sent via overnight delivery to off-site employees to ensure receipt on the established payday. As a start-up organization, our processes are always being refined, which might not be a good fit for those who prefer very defined processes. While DSD Partners, Inc., is a family business, we strive to ensure equal opportunity for all employees.
