I have been at DSG for 8 years working in various roles in the executive and administrative offices of the company. I have interacted with the President and other senior executives in management and technical areas. The company performs in a highly technical field and requires and employs extremely talented professionals to provide excellent service for its customers. The rules are simple; perform in your job and you will be highly successful. You will be given the independence and opportunity to succeed and if you do you will be rewarded. The atmosphere is a "let;s get the job done' approach. There is a sense of team where people chip in without being told to in order to do the best job possible. An example of how employees pull together occurred last year. During the winter a pipe was frozen and burst and one of the financial person's office was being flooded. Without being told to, when people heard about it, they came running from all over the building to help; moving furniture, getting the water shut off, protecting equipment, getting on their hands and knees to dry floors, etc. The company frequently provides free lunches for all employees to show appreciation for effort and to encourage inter-action between employees in different areas of the company. The offices are conveniently located, offer full kitchen facilities with refrigerators, range, washing machine, etc. All in all DSG is an excellent place to work.
