Fired and rehired due to wait on DCJS and wasn’t told (therefore losing any accumulation of benefits). Manager did not know how to do our job and was several hours away, did not respond to messages and YELLED in my ear in the phone more than once when a call would redirect back to him from the office, because he did not update the schedule. Several scheduling issues, myriad issues with payroll (sometimes missing entire shifts), client was incredibly demanding (with no patrolling duties, only clerk duties, which makes us not guards) and there was never pushback from DSI. Poor communication. Manager failed to attend client meetings and lost the contract, and then did not tell anyone until 6 days before the contract ended, leaving several out of work without adequate notice. Call center half the time was rude.
