- DSV is saying that their pay wage is equal or even better if compared to other companies. Complete lie, In reality it's at least 30% lower. - Management. It is quite common to have 'fakers', people that are good only in role-playing their position. They mostly try to get in favors with upper management and do completely nothing for their employees.I have never seen so unprofessional bunch of people. They are also avoid real work by going from one useless meeting to another which serve no real purpose. - Rotation of employees. You know how to spot bad manager? When asked what they think about high number of employees who run away from their team and DSV, their statement is: "We are proud to give back experienced workforce back" (for some reason, they think that rotation is great thing, ignoring the cost of training new employees and lost value of employees who run away or get fired without real reason) -I almost forgot - training. There is a 'training coordinator' (who pretty much do nothing at all and has little to no knowledge about the job); in reality people are trained by current employees and assisted if help is needed, however, this is not their function and should not be
