I have never worked for a company that focused so much on accountability and negativity. It's always about what you are doing wrong, or what field level management considers "wrong" or sometimes even as far as something that is irrelevant to the business, but they make a big deal about something so minor and irrelevant just to hold someone accountable, as if they thrive on it to make it look like they were doing their job.
